Last night I bottled the stout. It took about three hours (!), mainly because it took me a long time to sanitize all the bottles (I had to do them in several small batches because of my tiny kitchen). Oh, and then clean-up.
Anyway, I got about 30 bottles (20 oz.). It tastes good already, even without carbonation. Recipe says to wait 4-6 weeks before drinking, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to resist temptation that long.
Decided not to do labels after all, although I guess I could always put them on later if I wanted to.
