The Harry Potter scarf (in ‘Prisoner of Azkaban’ style according to the excellent pattern at atypically.knit) that I started last weekend is nearly complete!
I didn’t have any time this past week to work on it, but this afternoon I spent about an hour on it. Just a few more stripes to go. It would be faster if I didn’t have to change the color, but I like how it’s turning out.
I’m also having some carriage sticking issues with the machine. Going left to right, it operates very smoothly. Going the other direction, though, it’s become stiff and harder to push across the needle bed. Machine knitters: what could be causing this, and how can I fix it?
